Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Fire Department Hat Co. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please indicate that in your return request. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
