What sizes do the hats come in?
A lot of our hats are one-size-fits-most with adjustable snap-back or Velcro back closures. Some are flexible fit. Specific sizing info is listed on each product page.
Are your hats officially licensed by fire departments?
We work with individuals. Current or retired firefighters use us to ensure an authentic designed hat that honors their station.
For bulk orders to be used at a specific station, the customer ordering is required to get all necessary approvals.
Designs can be customized to also represent fictional or tribute departments.
How do I care for my hat?
Spot clean only with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the hat’s shape and stitching. Full care instructions are

We ship to all 50 United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days.
What’s your return policy?
